           This is a 1955 Chevy Napco Fire Truck that I bought from a auction with 54,000 original miles on it. I have had my eye on it for five years and I waited for this day. I got her for $1,800. She had been stored in the Eastern Washington area.

           She has 4 X 4 and original Napco gear 5.14. It is one slow truck.

           I plan to make it a flat bed and put different gears to make her go faster. There is only a little rust on the driver panel door and that is all. All of the fire equipment is still in working order and I will probably sell it.

           I had to beg my wife for her she told me I could only spend a thousand but I sweet-talked her and got my way. I took all my nieces and nephews for a ride around the campground and they loved it. I hope you enjoy watching me make changes to her as I go along.
