This is a photo of my 1954 2-ton taken just a few minutes after I had driven it out of the weed patch it had been parked in for the last few years.  The 1979 GMC was my Dad's and was serving as the support vehicle for the day.

I sent a copy of this to a friend the other day and labeled it 'Portrait of a big truck hunter with his quarry fresh from the bush'

The weeds in the field are Russian Thistle which have dried up and become tumble weeds by this time of  year.
