I would like to keep the stock steering wheel on my 55 2nd series, but I want to install a later model tilt column. Has anyone done this, or know if there is an adaptor that is made or could be modified?

Any ideas on which column to use. I have installed the MII style front suspension on the frame.

I think the columns from the G vans will work. Try measuring one in a wrecking yard.
