I wanted to post some new pics of the truck in progress.
In sept 08 the truck was damaged in hurricane Ike via neighbors carport that decided to take flight. I dont have any of the damage pics because my digital camera walked off on me. So after the damage I decided to do a complete make-over. The cab was damaged pretty well so I completely tore the whole truck down to the frame and repaired all the damage- rain rails, doors, cab corners, windows, hood and fenders. While that was happening I installed a borg-warner T-5 from an 88 blazer using the helpful tech sheet they provide on this site. Plus I added a new rear end from a 55 belair and of course new drive shaft. The paint was something I have been wanting to do since I had the truck and luckily I havent seen any trucks like it. So all in all I have done all this from Nov 08 to may 09 and I am pleased as to my progress- I have changed the name from "monkey-rum" to "psycho" because that best describes the effort I have put into this build so please let me know what you think or suggestions-thanks

Okay, Todd ... I've got your page all done but Flickr won't let me save an image. I really liked your "favorite" picture ... but send me (editor@stovebolt.com) whichever one you want to go at the top! We have the rest link to Flickr.

The truck looks great.
