you cant erase a CD. It is laser etched data. However you can always throw one away and burn another as they are about $0.30 each ($29.95 for 100)

If your truck is a 1952 model? The 1954 model bed won't fit on your frame without serious modifications to the arch over the rear wheels. (the 54 bed sits lower on the frame)

Putting an automatic behind a 235 you have two options, first being one of the two old automatics that were offered behind it, the cast iron powerglide, or the 4-speed hydramatic. Neither compare to modern automatics very well.
