From Mike:

I have two trucks attached that will hopefully get posted together in our Gallery.

The first one is a 1951 GMC / LUVERNE 500 gpm pump with a 500 gallon water tank. The truck is all original and fully operational.

The second one is a 1951 GMC HEAVY RESCUE. It has an operational light tower and has an enclosed, fully intact 250 gpm pump on it right behind the cab in the first compartment. The original engine was replaced in 1980 with a 8.2L diesel. This truck was in service as a heavy rescue up until 1999 when the company replaced it with a new Mack rescue.

I hope you enjoy both photos.

Thanks,

Mike Reese
