From Steve :

Here is my 1949 Chevrolet Suburban Carryall. This is my second frame-off 'Burb resto. I modeled the look and colors from an old Suburban ad that I found.

This is a resto mod with a GM crate 350 / 330HP, B&M 700R4, Heidt IFS and a 9" posi 3.42 rear. The interior is in good shape. This truck is a real sleeper. It looks like it belongs to a park ranger and goes like it belongs to John Force.

My fleet continues to grow. I still have my 1952 'Burb (and it's for sale!). I'll send a submission for my newly restored '42  Chevy1/2-ton pickup as soon as I can. In the offing is a '46 Chevy COE that I'm considering making into a RV. Congratulations on the article in Vintage Truck.

Steve's been with us a long, long time! (Check his Bolter number!) Always going good stuff! ~~ Editor

Steve has THREE Stovebolts in the Gallery: a 1942 Chevy 1/2-Ton pickup truck; a 1949 Chevrolet Suburban Carryall; and a 1952 Chevrolet Suburban.
