From John :

This is my 1966 Chevy C-10. I'm new to Stovebolt. Thanks for all replies to my recent posts in the forums. I am currently swapping engines with a better 350. It has turbo 400, power steering.

After selling my 1965 Chevy Stepside, which was all original (even had the six cylinder stick), I purchased this 1966 on eBay. I wanted a v-8 and this had the 350 already in it.

After running it for awhile, I decided to either rebuild the engine or install a crate motor a friend of mine has. It's all according to what I see during the tear down.

It's not a show truck but pretty close -- lotsa new chrome and interior. It's a nice driver. I will keep posted on progress.

           Keep up the good work.

John
