From Troy:

Hey guys! It's been awhile since I submitted my truck pics and I have made a lot of progress.

I have replaced most of the chrome and have replaced everything with the lights. Small re-wiring projects have made big improvements as well.

Currently, I am finishing up my disc brake swap with 2.5 drop spindles and power brake setup. The spindles are on but I'm having a hard time finding the correct fittings for the hard lines.

The power steering conversion is complete. I have mounted my underbed gas tank (Blazer) but have yet to finish the filler for it.

Within the next month I hope to do some more re-wiring and an old school 2-tone flat paint job strip and paint / insulate / sound deaden the interior. Also in the works are some goodies like new gauges from autometer and rebuilt window regulators and all new weatherstrip.

And ... and ... You know how it goes!

From Troy:

This is my Chevy C-10 1/2-ton short wheelbase Stepside.

It has been updated with a 305cid V8 and th350 out of a '79 Caprice. It also has freshly redone wood bed, underdash air conditioning, fiberglass rear fenders without the dip, custom tail lights / turn signals molded into rear fenders.

I bought it a month ago and have done a lot of little stuff. Big projects coming up include power brakes, power steering, gas tank relocation, and suspension rebuild / drop.

I hope to be done with those and have her on the road within a month. Updated pics to come!
