I have visited the "STOVEBOLT" page a couple of times. I've owned a 1940 1/2 ton for about 18 years. I started a full restoration 6 years ago. Fortunately, I wasn't missing too many parts. The one part that has eluded me is a spare tire carrier that goes underneath the bed.
You can see what condition the truck is in, I still need to complete the windshield before I put on the hood. I painted it dove grey by choice, I know it is not a stock color but I'm real pleased with the way it came out.
