From Darrell :

I bought my 1951 Chevy pick up truck in 2000 from an acquaintance after he decided not to restore it himself. I had an idea about how I wanted to do the truck, but it really came together after I "inherited" a new 383, 425 hp engine.

I have restored a 1970 Chevelle, a 1968 Firebird convertible, and a 1968 Camaro Sport Super Sport convertible.

This truck has a Camaro front stub, S10 interior, new Stewart-Warner Wings gauges, a Chrysler 8 3/4" rear and a beefed up tranny.

I haven't picked out wheels yet. It is a fun machine!

My Stovebolt handle is Alpaca11 since I was in the Alpaca business for many years.
