          This is my 1970 Mack 10 ton 6 x 6 1970 M123C1A. I would like to include it as it is. I'll be repainting it some time and have some updated photo's.

          Most folks call it "The 10 ton." The manufacturer is Mack consolidated. The photos here are file photos from the dealer. I'll get you some more updated photos around spring (I'm doing some custom work to it).

Specs

Engine:

Stock V-300 Cummins - 785CID V-8, 300HP at 3,000 RPM, 900TQ at 1875RPM.

Custom: KT-600 Cummins - 1150CID I-6 635HP at 2150RPM, 1735TQ at 1375RPM.

Transmission:

Stock Mack Quadraplex 2 stick 20 speed. Custom: 13 speed Road Ranger triple OD.

Gear boxes:

Rockwell double reduction in the Rear tandum, Triple reduction in front axle. 10.11:1 Gear ratio.

Tires:

Stock - curent: 14.00-24 20-ply Firstone super all tractions. They measure: 54"Hx14.50"W.
