Show Safety Rules

         Thank you for attending and participating in our show this year! For your maximum enjoyment of the show, we ask that you follow these few rules to stay safe and to help us protect our treasured trucks. Thanks!

Exhibitors & Vehicles

• To enter the show grounds, all vehicle will have good, operational brakes, be in safe operating condition and have current liability insurance coverage (including trailers), except non-operational vehicles brought in on, and not removed from, trucks or trailers.
• Vehicle operators will have valid drivers’ licenses and know how to operate their respective vehicles (including how to stop them!).
• Upon entering the show field, vehicles will be moved and parked only as directed by show management. No exceptions!
• Parked vehicles must be secured with a wheel chock and loads secured.
• Each show vehicle will be equipped with a UL-approved fire extinguisher.
• Fuel tanks will be capped. Fuel leakage will be grounds for barring entry onto the show field or having vehicles towed from the display area.
• No vehicle or transported equipment will be operated except by the respective owner or authorized representative.
• All vehicles will be operated in a safe, cautious and considerate manner.

General Rules & Spectators

• Please be careful and watchful of moving vehicles and golf carts at all times. Keep at least 10 feet away from any moving truck, trailer or tow vehicle.
• Do not touch, or climb on, any vehicle without permission of the owner.
• Smoking is discouraged within 10 feet of any vehicle.
• Maintain direct personal control over your children. Pets must be leashed. Please clean-up after your pet.
• No alcoholic beverages are permitted within the show area.
• Please walk within the show area -- no running, cycling, skateboarding, rollerskating (or any related distractions) within the show area.
• The show management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny admission to any person or vehicle, or to require any person or vehicle to leave, without refund of registration or admission fees.
