Complete this form to pre-register participants. Adults 18 and older pay a $25 registration fee ($50 family maximum), which includes entry into convention activities and the truck show each day, a convention packet, and preprinted name tags. Convention dinners and tours also may be purchased in advance using this form. Persons younger than 18 are not required to pay a registration fee to participate in convention activities, but must pay for any tours or dinners they attend.

Pre-registration must be completed prior to May 1, 2006. Registration packets for persons who pre-register, including convention information, name tags, and dinner and tour tickets, will be mailed prior to the event. CANCELLATION POLICY: A $10 cancellation fee will be assessed; no refunds after May 1, 2006. On-site registration will begin Wednesday, May 24 in the Field House at Carroll Park.

Truck & Trailer Pre-Registration Form - 2006 ATHS National Antique Truck Show

Use this form for trucks and/or trailers you are pre-registering. If you bring a truck other than those pre-registered, please inform Truck Registration at the show site. Smith Transport is providing their show trailer for our truck registration -- outstanding!

"For Sale” signs will not be allowed on trucks or trailers except for those in the sale corral.

Commemorative dash plaques will be given for each truck or trailer registered in the show. Dash plaques may be purchased for $5 each after the close of truck show registration, or from headquarters after the show.
